Original Abstract

The choice of the type and the shape of the welded joint, the method of its realization, the influence of the time factor etc. have significant impact on the mechanical stress of thermoplastic structures. This paper deals with an analysis of welded joints of thermoplastic reservoirs. Comparisons of various types and shapes of welding joints are carried out. The problem is solved by the ANSYS program system.
