Original Abstract

The paper is devoted to suggestion of methods for the analysis of acoustic parameters of Tibetan singing bowls. The bowl is a very old traditional Nepali musical instrument that is very well known not only in the East but also in our country. It is often sought by healers, musicians and other artists for its unique musical characteristics. The paper includes an introduction to the topic, an analysis of the measuring methodology and evaluation. The authors also present the acoustic and vibrational properties of the selected bowl. The conclusion includes evaluation and recommendations.
