Original Abstract
Nowadays, sensor networks are almost everywhere. The new promising applications of these networks are in the home automation or healthcare for example. The home sensor network is located in the specified area and it can be used for environment parameters logging or controlling. The personal network of on body medical devices can make health care more unobtrusive and of good quality. Fast and automated response of health emergency systems in the life threatening situations is critical. A significant increase of living standard and intensive healthcare coverage can be achieved by combining personal and home sensor networks. A heterogeneous sensor network development as well as its possible application is described in this article.
