Měřicí přípravek pro QCM krystal umožňující jeho fixaci a vyhřívání během procesu měření. Elektrodový systém vytvořený ve formě hybridního integrovaného obvodu umožňuje zároveň vyhřívání, elektrické měření i mechanickou fixaci s možností měření teplotního profilu během odparného procesu.

Measuring device for QCM crystal enable its fixation and heating during the measurement process. The electrode system created as a hybrid integrated circuit allows the heating, electrical measurement and mechanical fixation with the possibility to measure the temperature profile during the evaporative process.
