Original Abstract

This paper offers possibility in to use one of characteristics luminescence radiation for solar cells defects detection in infrared wavelengths area with peak about 1100 nm. Characterization defects on the base intensities of emitted radiation using luminescence methods. Luminescence radiation is characterized identically as electromagnetic waves. One of most important characteristic, which is described in this paper, is polarization of luminescence radiation.

Keywords
