Support and Testing Department

It is the central contact point for IT support for all BUT users. Provides support for all services provided by CVIS. Ensures the receipt of requests and their coordination across all CVIS workplaces.

Ensures testing of CVIS applications and services, creation and management of manuals and help for all CVIS services Administers permissions to all systems managed by CVIS. Operates student and employee card agendas and diploma agendas, management of university-wide licenses and software.
