Helpdesk

Since 2018 the BUT employees can, and in accordance with Directive 5/2018 are also obliged to use the Helpdesk system for communication for the purpose of development and maintenance of the BUT Information System.

The Helpdesk is available on the Intraportal in the Helpdesk section and allows, among other things, to send requests for modifications, extensions or elimination of information system errors.
