The task of the department is to ensure the selection, purchase and management of central operational systems of the university. These are systems acquired from third parties, whether by purchase, by lease or under open-source licenses. An integral part is also system architecture design and management to ensure that the systems effectively and safely comply with applicable legislation and the university's internal rules.

Department of Economic Information Systems
Ensures the management and development of the economic, personnel and payroll information system, SAP. Provides the setting of the authorization system and access to its data.

Department of Management Information Systems
Ensures the management of the SAP BW and MS PowerBI management information systems and the development of individual data cubes, queries, views, etc. Provides the setting of the authorization system and access to its data.

Department of Operational Information Systems
Ensures the management of centrally provided solutions such as ESET Protect, M365, Wiki.JS, SafeQ, eSpis (Records management), Travel orders, license verification infrastructure, central integration platforms, etc.
