The most demanding area is financing, because essentially you’re managing the treasury, and so people come to you with issues about money or repairs. These are tough matters that you need to assess not only from a professional perspective, but also on a personal and human level,” she explains, adding that what she enjoys most about being a bursar is the variety and the interactions with people.
