Open Call for an exhibition in the window gallery

The gallery 45 000 l: Space for Engaged Architecture announces its first international open call. The winning exhibition project will take place in October 2022 in a 24-hour accessible gallery space - in a 45 000 litre window in the public passage between Šilingrovo náměstí and Velký Špalíček. The submitted theme should match the gallery's intention to process current social issues, put them in the context of the city and place, and interact with passers-by.

The author of the first exhibition is Eva Truncová, who will sit on the jury this time. | Autor: Jan Prokopius
The first exhibitor and the author of the gallery was Eva Truncová, a PhD student from the Faculty of Architecture at BUT. The exhibition referred to camera and surveillance systems in cities and public space in general.

The competition proposals can be sent to galerie45000l@vutbr.cz until 31 August 2022. Full competition conditions can be found here.

Open Call is open to everyone regardless of age or nationality. | Autor: FA BUT
