Brno Majáles was painted red and black this year! The new king of the student festival is Filip Stupka, a candidate from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, bringing the Majáles crown back to BUT after two years. Together with him, the royal sceptre was also taken over by the new queen Hanka from the University of Defence, replacing last year’s royal couple from MENDELU.Majáles has a new king from BUT! | Author: Václav KoníčekFilip is a friendly extrovert, a fan of good fun, and someone who is not afraid of challenges. He studies in the Professional Pilot bachelor’s programme at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering BUT and entered this year’s Majáles with previous experience from the university’s royal guard.
