Enter FaVU 2026: Public Exhibition of Students’ Semester Projects

The Faculty of Fine Arts at BUT invites you to the regular public exhibition of students’ semester projects, Enter FaVU, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 24–25 January 2026. The event offers a unique opportunity to explore the faculty’s buildings and studios and view works created by students during the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Enter FaVU event presents a regular showcase of works by students from all studios of the faculty and is held at the end of each semester. Visitors can see exhibitions by all studios, in which students present their semester projects in the fields of painting, game and graphic design, sculpture, photography, intermedia, performance, and other artistic disciplines.

“The upcoming winter Enter FaVU will, for the first time, take place at two FaVU campuses – the Údolní campus and the Kraví hora campus, where the faculty is temporarily based during the reconstruction of its own premises,” explains the Vice-Dean for External Relations and Exhibition Activities Barbora Šedivá. Some exhibitions will also be located in other venues in Brno outside the faculty – in the building at Rybářská 13, where works by students of the Studio of Environment will be presented, and at the Brno Káznice, where works by part of the students of Painting Studio 3 will be exhibited.

Admission to the exhibitions is free. You can visit them on Saturday, 24 January 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Sunday, 25 January 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Complete information and navigation to all venues can be found here.
