Czech European Researcher's Night is a nationwide popular science festival that proves that science is not boring, but a fascinating adventure. One evening a year, places that are normally off-limits to ordinary mortals—from cutting-edge laboratories to historical archives—open their doors free of charge throughout the Czech Republic.
Interactive program: Dozens of workshops, experiments, and guided tours.
Science with all your senses: Lectures by experts, exhibitions, screenings, and concerts.
For everyone: The program is tailored to curious children, students, and adults.
The aim of the event is to dispel myths about scientists as people locked away in their laboratories and to show how their work has a fundamental impact on our everyday lives. Each year, a unique central theme connects the programs of all participating institutions.Entry is free.
